When you register with Nexus Global Language and Skill Training Centre for foreign language courses (Japanese N5/N4, German Goethe A1, IELTS, Spoken English, Kids English) or study abroad pathways, we collect relevant personal details including your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, academic credentials, language levels, passports, and destination preferences. We also collect minimal anonymous web analytics to ensure website security and optimal performance.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly to provide profile evaluations, course enrollments, textbook distribution, university/language school applications, and visa documentation. All processing is managed securely from our Jashore Headquarters at Nowrin Tower, East Side of Laldighi, and our Tokyo liaison branch in Shin-Koiwa, Tokyo, Japan.
3. Information Sharing & Third Parties
We share your documents solely with designated partner institutions, language schools, and official sovereign immigration authorities (such as the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, German Federal Foreign Office / German Embassy Dhaka, EMGS Malaysia, and relevant high commissions). We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party marketers or commercial brokers.
4. Data Storage & Confidentiality
Student and applicant records are stored securely in protected digital repositories accessible only to authorized Nexus Global senior instructors and counselors. Physical documents and electronic records are maintained with strict confidentiality and integrity.
